Die Agentur besteht aus einem schlagkräftigen Team aus internen und externen Kommunikationsexperten und spezialisierten Partnern, die je nach Bedarf und Aufgabenstellung flexibel eingesetzt werden.

JENS TOSSE

Jens Tosse founded the agency in 2004. The former ice hockey professional was active as Head of Communications and press officer for internal communications at DHL Germany before he founded teamtosse. He has a Master of Arts in German philology and philosophy, and he is a PR consultant certified by the German Public Relation Society (DPRG).

Jens holds decades of experience in PR, marketing and communication and knows the perspective of both the company and the agency side. He is a member of the German Logistics Association – Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) and is actively involved in the round table working group “Image of Logistics” at BVL.
When Jens is not working, he likes to play the guitar, takes care of his Porsche oldtimer or cruises through Forstenrieder Park on his rollerblades. On calmer days he likes to sit down, meditate and order his thoughts to get a new perspective on the world.

DENNIS KALDE

Dennis Kalde studied in Göttingen, Munich and Modena (Italy). In 2019 he achieved his doctorate in philosophy (PhD). His thesis “Trusting Our Own Minds – Metaethical Constructivism and Moral Objectivity” is about metaethics.

His fascination with logistics? “In logistics there are just so many things coming together that concern us now and in the future, whether this is about mobility, digitalization or climate change.”

In his free time, you can find Dennis among bookshelves.

LINNEA BRONNER

Linnea Bronner graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Cultural Management at the Lake Constance before moving to Munich. She gained experience and expertise in the media during internships at a radio station and several production companies for television programs. She then switched to PR and communications for the logistics sector and has already been able to stir things up with ideas for new content.

In her leisure time, she usually moves up – and later, down again: By climbing, hiking or ski-mountaineering in the Alps.

NICOLE WEIKMANN

Nicole Weikmann studied European Studies in Passau and in doing so, she discovered her passion for PR. After completing her master’s degree, the girl from Munich was drawn back home, where she now immerses herself as a trainee in the colorful world of logistics.

She likes to spend her leisure time strengthening her body and soul. Thus, on weekdays, you can usually find her on the yoga mat in her living room. Whereas on weekends, there is a good chance that you will find her with her red backpack on a hike on one of the numerous mountains around Munich.

LARA SONNLEITNER

Lara Sonnleitner graduated in the summer of 2021 from the Höhere Lehranstalt für Wirtschaftliche Berufe Deutschlandsberg with a focus on media and supports teamtosse now as youngest trainee. It already showed during her schooltime that she wanted to be a part of the communication and PR world. That is why she packed her things and moved from beautiful Austria to beautiful Munich, ready to learn new skills and ready to dive into a new chapter.

In her free time, she likes to be active: Everything from hiking in the mountains over trail rides with her horse to lifting weights in the gym is included.

KARINA REISENEGGER

Karina Reisenegger studied communication, culture and management in Friedrichshafen. She lived half of her life in Spanish-speaking countries.
For a digital skills support programme for young people, she led workshops all over Germany.
The central themes focused on: Digital participation, co-responsibility, democratic culture and entrepreneurship. She gained her first insights into the working world in the content department of a Spanish mobile-first digital entertainment and payment provider and in a specialised publishing house for industry.

Most recently, she lived in Mexico City, where she developed her interest in logistics during the pandemic:
“My eyes were focused on logistics and supply chain during that time. Talking about vaccine transport in different countries, the difficulties of procurement and supply chains captivated me. I would like to be a communicator of social change in this area. The scope of logistics for society impresses me!”

In her private life, she likes to seek out cultural offerings and runs a social media project on linguistic wonders between Mexico and Germany.

DANIEL BAMBACH

Dr Daniel Bambach studied German language and literature, philosophy and economic policy in Münster, Westphalia, and was finally awarded a doctorate in philosophy with a thesis on Edmund Husserl’s transcendental phenomenology. Parallel to his studies and doctoral thesis, he gained experience in press and communications work at BMW and at a financial services provider in Munich. He deepened his expertise with further tasks in marketing and social media management, most recently in association communications for the construction industry.

“For me, the commitment to the topics of logistics corresponds to a real involvement in one of the most important social contexts. I look forward to a lively engagement with the economic sector and to strengthening the reputation of logistics among the general public through my work.”

In his private life, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking.

PETRA VEITH

Petra Veith has many gifts in the field of therapeutic work: She practices ergotherapy, alternative practicing in psychotherapy, hypnosis therapy, energetic healing and more. Besides her work at the practice Petra supports teamtosse as a specialist for human resources and administrative duties. Due to her spiritual and therapeutic skills she is mostly relaxed and provides a great agency atmosphere. But sometimes, even Petra likes to put on her red boxing gloves and turns into a kangaroo (she loves the book “Känguru-Chroniken” by Marc-Uwe Kling). Luckily, this happens only in private – her husband Jens knows all too well…

MARKUS GLADBACH

Markus Gladbach is an independent marketing and communication consultant and has been active in the field for over 25 years. He supports agencies, media institutions and B2B companies in all aspects of marketing and Public Relations. As a former German philology student, his biggest passion is reading countless books. To keep the balance, Markus rides his bike daily and is happy when he overtakes yet another E‑bike driver.
