COMMUNICATIONS CONCEPT – PLANNING IS THE BASIS OF SUCCESS
By coordinating the individual measures, integrated communications allow synergies and thus more impact of each. The communications concept ensures coordination. If you have not already carried out the strategic planning, we are happy to help. With our tools we will moderate a briefing workshop. This lays the foundation for the communications concept that we subsequently develop.
It contains the following elements, which finally form the guideline for an ongoing cooperation:
- Analysis of where the company communicates across all channels, where its strengths and weaknesses, challenges and opportunities are
- Definition of communication goals
- Definition of the target groups or even target persons
- Presentation of the right strategies
- Development of targeted measures for the respective customer touchpoints
- Set up of an outcome and impact measurement and monitoring so that you know what we have achieved, what has been successful and what needs to be adapted
- Set up of a time schedule
- Calculation of the budget
